Michael T. Walsh, CPIM,
Vice President, APICS Region 1, is Founder and CEO of The Quality
Solutions Group, of Yarmouth, Mass. The Business Education, Training and
Development Company specialize in Supply Chain, Inv. Mgt., MRP, JIT, LEAN,
TQM, ISO 9000, Supplier Certification and Presentation/Learning Skills
Development. Michael has nearly 25 years experience in various types of
management, as a consultant, practitioner and educator. His operating and
management experience includes materials, purchasing, quality, inventory
control, logistics, production and security.
Michael is an APICS Qualified Instructor for all CPIM modules, AMES and
Train-The-Trainer and is a frequent speaker at chapter meetings, regional/
national conferences and workshops. Michael has been an active member of
APICS Chapters in New England since 1981, including four terms as a
Chapter President and has served as Region VP of Region 1 as Director of Seminar 1.
Mike has served as a proud
member of the 2003 and 2004 APICS International Conference Planning
