The first question is What business process should we improve? The
Management team would direct a Lean Team towards one of the areas that is
in most need of improvement.
To begin, one must analyze the designated area or Business Process to
totally understand how the current process is functioning. The most time
proven method of dissecting a process is to develop detailed Process Map
how it is performed in its present state.
