The program is designed for people working in the fields of materials, service, health care, retail and operations management (or in a functional area that interfaces with them) who need or want to learn the basic Materials Management concepts, techniques, and terminology of these fields.

The Materials Management Certificate Program includes five courses. Each course provides 6-8 -hour of classroom instructions and each course provides hands on exercises for the participants, which maximizes application of lessons learned.  Courses may be taken individually or participants may attend the full series program for a QSG Materials Management Certificate of Completion.  Materials workshops can be scheduled for In-house presentation or as publicly attended seminars.
